About Heisei 31 (Raiwa 1) "Itoman-shi house reform support project"

In Itoman-shi of improvement of quality of house and empty house assist of expense of housing reform construction that self lives in to plan effectively utilizing.

(1) Application start
 Offer occasional by reception desk order the first from June, 2019
 (but we finish acceptance ※ as soon as budget disappears.)
 (as we are going to publish in wide June issue to repay, and not to be rich of published by ※ city, as for the reception desk start, public relations magazine starts reception desk from Monday, June 10 when distribution is going to complete in various places of inhabitants.

(2) Supporting eligible people
 ・Person who it is made resident registration, and, in fact, lives in Itoman-shi
 ・Person who is going to live in target house which completed construction
 ・Person who is not behind with city taxes

(3) Target house
 It is the following in house in Itoman-shi
 ・House (after the building, it passes more than one year) owned by self
 ・Empty house (state that there is not living person passes more than one year) owned by self
 ・Rented house, empty house of rented house or apartment house (but we need permission of owner)

(4) Target construction
 ・Being repair work to improve barrier-free repair work and energy saving repair work, repair work of empty house, the durability of house to affect house   
 ・Total construction cost 200,000 yen or more things (including sum of consumption tax and local consumption tax)
 ・Can do construction completion and the results report by February 28, 2020
 (we cannot issue subsidy when we do not perform the results report before time limit.)

(5) Construction supplier
 ・Individual company which has the head office, corporation with branches or the city office in the city, and makes resident registration in Motoichi

(6) Sum of subsidy
 ・40% of construction costs that repair work to correspond to barrier-free applies (but supporting limit 200,000 yen)
 ・20% of construction costs that repair work to correspond to improvement such as energy saving, empty house, the durability of house applies (but supporting limit 200,000 yen)

(7) Flows from application to subsidy grant
 1. We prepare documents necessary for grant application.

 4. We contract with supplier and start by construction.

 (9) Repair work to accept saying that other mayors contribute to barrier-free

○Supporting target energy saving repair work
 (1) Insulation construction of window
 (2) Insulation construction of floor
 (3) Roof, insulation construction of ceiling
 (4) Insulation construction of wall
 (5) Repair work to accept saying that other mayors contribute to energy saving

○Supporting target empty house repair work
 (1) Construction to change layout in existing dwelling unit of
 (2) Repair of kitchen, bathroom, washroom or rest room
 (3) Repair of water supply and drainage, electricity or gas fitting
 (4) Repair of exterior such as roof, outer wall
 (5) Other mayors are repair work to accept saying that we contribute to effectively utilizing of empty house

○Repair work to improve the durability of house
 (1) Pillar, the removal of concrete which exfoliated of main structure part such as beams or repair
 (2) Eaves, the removal of concrete which exfoliated of part that is at great risk of having dropped of in the ceiling or repair
 (3) Repair with pillar, rigidity of junction of beam as hardware to raise
 (4) Pillar, beam, wall, strut or basic reinforcement
 (5) Reinforcement of floor by plywood for striking sparks beam or structure
 (6) Reinforcement of brace or wall surface with steel sheet wall
 (7) Additional construction of buckling stopper
 (8) The removal of the roof tank which became nonuse
 (9) Reinforcement of room offering long time such as living room, bedroom for one of the residence
 (10) Repair work to accept saying that other mayors contribute to durable improvement

Construction cost 400,000 yen (in the case of construction to correspond to barrier-free) that is targeted for  example 1
   400,000 yen X 0.4 (40%) = 160,000 yen
 Construction cost 400,000 yen (in the case of construction to correspond to improvement such as energy saving, empty house, the durability of house) that is targeted for example 2
   400,000 yen X 0.2 (20%) = 80,000 yen
 Construction cost 1.2 million yen (in the case of construction to correspond to barrier-free) that is targeted for example 3
   1.2 million yen X 0.4 (40%) = 480,000 yen
   ※Amount of furtherance (there is ceiling) 200,000 yen
 Construction cost 1.2 million yen (in the case of construction to correspond to improvement such as energy saving, empty house, the durability of house) that is targeted for example 4
   1.2 million yen X 0.2 (20%) = 240,000 yen
   ※Amount of furtherance (there is ceiling) 200,000 yen
 Construction cost 180,000 yen that is targeted for example 5
   ※As it is less than target construction cost 200,000 yen, assistance is inapplicable.
