About newborn baby special Supplementary Income Payment

 We support childbirth of child carrying the cause of influence by expansion of new coronavirus infectious disease, the next generation of Motoichi and provide meeting the following requirements about protector bringing up newborn baby whom we gave birth to for the purpose of planning reduction of financial burden of household holding expectant mothers and newborn baby on after April 28, 2020 with Supplementary Income Payment in particular.

Target person

 Newborn baby who did resident registration by birth, birth in Itoman-shi between April 28, 2020 and April 1, 2021
 ※Newborn baby who did resident registration by transference from the suburbs is excluded.

Condition of payment

 (1) Mother making resident registration in Itoman-shi as of April 27, 2020.
 (2) Child making resident registration by birth in household same as mother.
 (3) Mother and child continuing until the point of newborn baby special Supplementary Income Payment application, and making resident registration in Itoman-shi.

Amount of money that is paid

 It is 50,000 yen per one newborn baby

Application procedure

 (1) Application documents: Newborn baby special Supplementary Income Payment application
    ※We issue application at submission window. In addition, we can download from homepage.
 (2) Attached documents
  ・Copying (driver's license, my number card) of identity verification documents
  ・Copy of transfer financial institution account confirmation documents (bankbook, bank card)
 (3) The application reception desk start date
